• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access the Service without authorization
• Scrape, download, or systematically extract data from the Service without our express written permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SHEEPFISH LIGHT INC (operating as SupplierVerify) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The supplier data provided through the Service is licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the data without our explicit permission.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date supplier information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all data. Supplier information may change without notice, and our verification processes may have limitations.

You acknowledge that supplier verification is an ongoing process and information may become outdated. We recommend verifying critical information directly with suppliers before making business decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHEEPFISH LIGHT INC (operating as SupplierVerify) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data associated with your account at our discretion.
